612 – REFERENCE REQUESTS

It is the policy of the Company to only verify external requests for a former employee’s dates of employment and the job titles they held during their tenure with the Company. The Human Resources department will also verify wages for current employees, but disclosure of this information will, in most instances, require a signed release from the employee.
