611 – DOCUMENT RETENTION

It is the policy of the Company to retain employee personnel files for seven years, and medical and workers’ compensation information for 30 years after the date of termination. Comprehensive guidelines are available here (on the Dispatch site) and/or by contacting the Human Resources department.
