509 - MILITARY LEAVE (USERRA)

To comply with the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), the Company will grant military leaves of absence to part-time and full-time regular employees who enlist for up to five years of active duty in the U.S. military or who miss work because of Reserve or National Guard training or called up to active duty. If an employee is called to active military duty or to Reserve or National Guard training, or if they volunteer for the same, they should contact their DPI Supervisor and/or the Human Resources department.
