502- LEAVES OF ABSENCE GENERALLY

It is the policy of the Company to abide by every law and regulation that protects an employee’s time away from work. There are many federal, state, and local leave provisions – more than can be accurately represented in this manual. Employees that find they have a need for time away from work must contact their DPI Supervisor to obtain a comprehensive list of all the applicable leaves that may apply to their situation.

Below are links to the various laws in the states that DPI has offices as well as the federal laws. In all instances DPI will follow the state or local laws to the extent they are more generous than the federal regulations.
