412 – PAY SCHEDULE & DEADLINES

 

Associates & SCA Employees. The pay period generally begins on Monday at 12:01am and ends on Sunday at 11:59pm. Associates are paid each Friday for the hours they worked in the previous pay period. A time sheet must be accurately completed at the end of each day worked on assignment. The weekly sheet must be approved by the on-site Supervisor. Time sheets are to be submitted to the local office/Supervisor by 10am Monday. 

Security Officers. The pay period generally begins on Friday at 12:00am and ends at Thursday at 11:59pm. Officers are paid each Friday for the hours they worked in the previous pay period. (For Portland Security, if a shift starts on Thursday and ends on Friday all hours of that shift will be counted in the same workweek). A time sheet must be accurately completed at the end of each day worked on assignment. The weekly sheet must be approved by their Supervisor. Time sheets are to be submitted to the local office/Supervisor by 10:00 am Friday. 

Janitors. The pay period begins on Monday at 12:01am and ends on Sunday at 12am. Janitors are paid each Friday for the hours they worked in the previous pay period. A timesheet must be accurately completed at the end of each day worked on an assignment. The weekly sheet must be approved by the supervisor. Time sheets are to be submitted to the Northwest Success supervisor by 10am on Monday.

Non-Exempt Staff. In general, the pay period begins on Monday at 12:01am, and ends on Sunday at 11:59pm. Non-exempt Staff are paid each Friday for the hours they worked in the previous pay period. A time sheet must be accurately completed at the end of each day worked on assignment. The weekly sheet must be approved by their Supervisor. Time sheets are to be turned into the Payroll office by 10:00am Monday. 

Exempt Staff. Exempt Staff are paid on the 15th and the last day of each month. A time sheet must be submitted to Payroll three business days prior to the pay date. In the event the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, checks will be issued on the preceding Friday.
