407 – HEALTH AND WELFARE FRINGE (SCA EMPLOYEES)

SCA employees receive an additional rate of pay for every regular hour worked or PTO, and paid holiday hour taken during a pay period, calculated on a maximum of 40 hours per week. This Health and Welfare Fringe (H&W) is provided to help offset the cost of premiums associated with coverage under the Company’s plans for the employee and their family members and is determined by the current applicable SCA contract.
