404 – REMOTE WORK DAYS

Staff and/or specially designated employees have the flexibility to conduct their workday remotely.  Remote work is not considered RTO or a vacation day. The same work product expectations will apply, and managers reserve the ability to require on-site work if there is exigent need.  It is expected that employees who opt to work remotely are available for video/audio calls during core business hours (generally 8am to 5pm). It is the employee’s responsibility to communicate their status via “Teams” should they leave their desk. The ability to work remotely is a privilege that can be removed at manager’s discretion if performance declines.

For certain positions that require onsite presence remote workdays may not be a viable option. This is just a reality of certain roles and there are no compensatory options.
